How to get there

Heading towards Jornadas FCCN, in Porto

Upon arriving in Porto, you will go to the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, where the Jornadas FCCN 2026 will take place.

Parking is free.

To make your journey easier, we've put together a list of different transport options available to help you get to the event.

Car

Coming from the A1, you should follow it to Porto and cross the Arrábida Bridge, then take the VCI (A20) towards Paranhos.

Follow the exit for Paranhos / Hospital de S. João / Circunvalação (EN12), then the signs for Asprela / Universidade do Porto, turn onto Rua Dr. Roberto Frias and you will find the main FEP building in the university area, near the main roundabout of the campus.


Bus

The FEP1 and FEP2 bus stops of STCP (Sociedade de Transportes Colectivos do Porto) are the closest to the event venue. The following buses operate from here:

  • 204: Route: Hospital de S. João – Foz;
  • 300: Circular route Hospital S. João – Aliados;
  • 301Circular route Hospital S. João – Sá da Bandeira;
  • 803: Boavista – Rio Tinto route.

Subway

The yellow line of the Porto metro (line D) has the following stops near FEP:

IPO: It is approximately a 15-minute walk away.

University Center: It is approximately a 5-minute walk away;


Train

The main train stations in Porto are... Porto São Bento station and the Campanhã Port station.

The most convenient and quickest way to get to FEP from these stations is by metro:

Campanhã Port StationFor lines A (blue), B (red), C (green), E (purple) or F (orange), transfer at Trindade station to line D (yellow) and follow the directions provided in the Metro option.

Porto São Bento StationTake line D (yellow) and follow the directions given in the Metro option;


Plane

The international airport of the city of Porto is the Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport.

The most convenient and quickest way to get to FEP from the airport by public transport is by metro, using line E (purple). You will then need to change at Trindade station to line D (yellow) and follow the directions provided in the Metro option above.
